Official Rules

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS SWEEPSTAKES. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. OVERVIEW

The WSOP Vegas Vacation Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) consists of eight (8) separate Entry Periods. You may only enter into each Entry Period one (1) time. Entry into each Entry Period is separate. Entry into one Entry Period is not entry into any other Entry Period.

2. ELIGIBILITY

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States, Canada (except the Province of Québec) and England, Wales and Scotland who are 21 years of age or older (“Entrant(s)”). Employees and the immediate families of Playtika LTD (“Sponsor”), Brandmovers, Inc., d/b/a The A Team (“Administrator”), and each of their respective employees, representatives, franchisees, parents, retailers, distributors, subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, advertising agencies, and persons living in the same household as such employees are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, provincial, local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law. Sponsor reserves the right to verify the eligibility and all facts at any time, and Entrants agree to cooperate in any verification process/request.

3. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 am Eastern Time (“ET”) on June 1, 2026 (5:00:01 am British Summer Time (“BST”) on June 1, 2026) and ends at 11:59:59 pm ET on July 31, 2026 (4:59:59 am BST on August 1, 2026) (the “Sweepstakes Period”). See Entry Periods in Rule 5 below.

4. HOW TO ENTER

During the Sweepstakes Period, log into your free WSOP account (“Account”) at https://www.playwsop.com/ (“Website”) or via the free WSOP mobile game app (the “App”). Once you are logged into your Account you will automatically receive one (1) entry to the relevant Entry Period which correlates to the date and time you logged into your Account. If you do not already have an Account, follow the instructions at the Website or in the App to create your Account. IMPORTANT: Accessing the Website or App as a “Guest” will not provide you entry into the Sweepstakes. You must log into the Website or App using your free Account to obtain an entry. If you didn’t receive the confirmation email to create your Account, please contact rickk@playtika.com. Limit of one (1) entry per person/Account per Entry Period (see chart in Rule 5 below).

Any attempt to enter more than once during any Entry Period (see Rule 5 below) by any means, including, but not limited to, use of multiple identities, email addresses, Accounts, or other means, may result in disqualification from this and any other promotional offerings by Sponsor. Use of any macro, bot, script or other automated means to submit entries is prohibited. No responsibility is assumed for lost, late, damaged, misdirected, illegible, incomplete, incorrect entries or other sweepstakes materials, all of which are void, or for errors due to computer malfunctions, software errors, transmission problems or interruptions in operations.

In the event of a dispute over the identity of an entrant, entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail account of the e-mail address associated with the Account associated with the entry. “Authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.

5. WINNER SELECTION / NOTIFICATION

A series of eight (8) Entry Periods (“Entry Periods”) will be held during the Sweepstakes Period per the chart below. The drawing for each Entry Period will be held from among all entries received during the relevant Entry Period per the chart below. Entry into each Entry Period is separate. Entry into one Entry Period is not entry into any other Entry Period.

Each Drawing will be conducted by Administrator within approximately 48 hours from the end of the Entry Period. Entrants irrevocably agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of the Sponsor and Administrator, which are final and binding in all respects. Each winner will be notified from rickk@playtika.com after the relevant drawing using the email address associated with their Account. No liability is assumed for any winner notification that is lost, intercepted or not received by a potential winner for any reason. Failure to respond to any winner notification within five (5) days may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. Failure to comply when requested may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. If a potential winner is found to be ineligible, or if he or she has not complied with these Official Rules or declines a prize for any reason prior to award, such potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected. Any winners, as a condition to receiving any prize, may be required to sign and return a declaration of eligibility and liability/publicity release or similar document (each such document being a restatement and confirmation of certain aspects of these Official Rules) and complete, sign, and submit to Sponsor or Administrator an IRS Form W-9 or equivalent form (for U.S. taxpayers, or a Form W-8BEN for Canadian winners) with all required information within five (5) days of notification to winner of his/her prize eligibility. If a potential winner fails to comply with Sponsor’s requests for documents, is found to be ineligible, or cannot or does not comply with these Official Rules, he/she may be disqualified and prize may be awarded to an alternate winner.

6. PRIZES

There are a total of eight (8) prizes available, one (1) for each Entry Period – A trip for two (2) to Las Vegas, Nevada, USA. Trip will include round-trip economy / coach airfare from the major airport nearest the winner’s residence, three (3) days, two (2) consecutive nights, hotel accommodation (double occupancy in standard room) at a hotel to be determined by Sponsor. Travel is subject to any blackout dates imposed by Sponsor. Trip must be taken on dates designated by Sponsor or prize will be forfeited in its entirety (and Sponsor will have no further obligation) and, at Sponsor’s discretion and time permitting, may be awarded to an alternate winner. Travel must be booked prior to September 30, 2026 and the whole trip must be completed before December 31, 2026.  Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): USD $ $4,925.00. Ground transportation may be substituted for air transportation at the Sponsor’s sole discretion if air travel is not required due to winner’s proximity to Las Vegas (within 300 miles). Actual value of prize may vary depending on departure city, mode and dates of travel; any difference between announced value and actual value will not be awarded.

All travel arrangements, room selection, and other accommodations are subject to availability and Sponsor’s discretion.  Any upgrades or changes requested by winner are at winner’s expense. Winner is solely responsible for the payment of all federal, state and local taxes and all meals, beverages, transportation and any other expenses or costs relating to the prize not expressly included in the prize as set forth above. Major credit card will be required at hotel check-in to cover any incidental expenses.  Winner and travel companion must have all necessary photo ID, vaccination proof and/or other documents needed for air travel  (including but not limited to a valid passport or other document and any required travel authorisation or visa) and must travel on the same itinerary. Winner’s travel companion will be required to sign a Liability/Publicity Release (where legal) prior to ticketing (each such document being a restatement and confirmation of certain aspects of these Official Rules).   All travel arrangements must be made through travel agent of Sponsor’s selection on a carrier of Sponsor’s choice. Travel companion must be at least 21 years of age. Prize is non-transferable and no substitution by winners or cash equivalent is allowed. All dates are subject to change. No responsibility is assumed for cancellation or postponement of any prize-related event or travel beyond Sponsor’s control, including delays or cancellation of travel due to pandemic restrictions.

Limit one (1) prize per person and per household. Winners are solely responsible for the payment of all federal, state and local taxes, and for any other fees or costs with acceptance or use of any prize. Prizes are non-transferable and no cash equivalent or substitution of the prize is offered, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.  Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize for one of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. Any difference between the actual value of any prize and the approximate retail value set forth in these Official Rules may not be claimed and will not be awarded.

7. ODDS

Odds of winning in each Entry Period depend on the number of eligible entries received for that Entry Period.

8. MISCELLANEOUS

Sponsor is not responsible for any (a) lost, late, misdirected, damaged, garbled, incomplete or illegible entries, all of which are void; (b) telephone, computer, mobile device, hardware, software, programming or network malfunction or other technical failures or errors, or the failure to properly process entries; (c) communication disruption or other forces beyond the reasonable control of the Sponsor, including but not limited to disruption related to internet traffic, wireless networks, virus, bug or non-authorized intervention; or (d) damage caused by a computer or mobile device related virus or otherwise resulting to any computer or mobile device from such person’s participation in the Sweepstakes whether human, mechanical or electronic. Sponsor reserves the right to modify, extend, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes, in whole or in part, if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the Sweepstakes is technically impaired or corrupted or that fraud or technical problems, failures or malfunctions or other unintended circumstances have impaired the integrity, administration, security, proper play and/or feasibility of the Sweepstakes as contemplated herein. If the Sweepstakes is terminated before the end date, Sponsor will post a notice on https://www.playwsop.com/tc and, to the extent possible, winner(s) will be selected from among all eligible entries unaffected by any error that were received as of the termination date. Persons found tampering with or abusing any aspect of this Sweepstakes, or whom Sponsor believes to be causing malfunction, error, disruption, or damage will be disqualified. Entries that contain errors or are incomplete or received after the relevant Entry Period, will not be accepted.

9. RELEASE OF LIABILITY

For residents of the United Kingdom, see instead “For Residents of the United Kingdom” rule below.

By participating, each Entrant releases Sponsor, Administrator, and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, employees, directors, agents, advertising agencies, and all other associated with the development and execution of the Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes Entities”) from any and against  any and all injury, loss or damage caused or claimed to be caused by their participation in the Sweepstakes and/or the acceptance, awarding, receipt, use and/or misuse of the prize, and each entrant agrees that the Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relating to the Sweepstakes and/or the awarding of any prize except as expressly provided in these Official Rules. By participating, each Entrant agrees that: (a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with the Sweepstakes, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually without resort to any form of class action; (b) any claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the Sweepstakes, but in no event attorney’s fees; (c) under no circumstances will any entrant be permitted to obtain any award for, and entrant hereby waive all rights to claim, punitive, incidental or consequential damages and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased and any other damages, other than damages for actual out-of-pocket expenses; and (d) these Official Rules and all disputes shall be governed by the internal laws of the state of Nevada, without regard to principles of conflicts of laws, any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts in the state of Nevada, and entrant expressly consent to the jurisdiction of said courts and waive any objection thereto. For New Jersey residents: Nothing herein prohibits recovery of damages or attorneys’ fees where required by statute.

10. WARNING

ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT, OR ANY OTHER PERSON TO DELIBERATELY UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. SHOULD ANY SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES AND OTHER ASSOCIATES LEGAL COSTS) FROM ANY SUCH ENTRANT, OR OTHER PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO SEEKING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.

11. DATA

Any information Entrant submits is subject to Sponsor’s privacy policy located at https://www.playtika.com/privacy-notice/. Entrants acknowledge and agree that by participating in the Sweepstakes and providing any personal information, subject to applicable law, Sponsor and Administrator may collect and use such personal information provided for the purposes of conducting the Sweepstakes and as otherwise permitted in Sponsor’s referenced privacy policy.
For residents of Canada and England, Wales and Scotland: Personally identifiable information you submit in connection with the Sweepstakes will be collected, used, and disclosed only for the purposes of administering the Sweepstakes, prize fulfillment, as you otherwise expressly consent, or as required by law. By entering the Sweepstakes, you acknowledge that such collection, use, and disclosure will occur as described herein.

15. FOR RESIDENTS OF CANADA

Any winner from Canada must answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question without assistance of any kind, whether mechanical or otherwise, to be administered by telephone at a time specified by Sponsor. Failure to answer skill-testing question correctly in the time provided will result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner, at Sponsor’s sole discretion.  Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to administer an alternate test of skill as it deems appropriate or necessary to comply with applicable law. Personally identifiable information you submit in connection with the Sweepstakes will be collected, used, and disclosed only for the purposes of administering the Sweepstakes, prize fulfillment, as you otherwise expressly consent, or as required by law. By entering the Sweepstakes, you consent to such collection, use, and disclosure.

16. FOR RESIDENTS OF ENGLAND, WALES AND SCOTLAND

Liability: Nothing in these Official Rules limits or excludes any person’s liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or for any matter for which liability cannot be lawfully limited or excluded. In particular, consumers have legal rights in relation to products that are faulty or not as described and services that are not performed with reasonable care and skill and these legal rights are not affected in any way by anything contained in these Official Rules. However, to the fullest extent permissible by law, Sponsor will not be liable for: (i) Unexpected (“unforeseeable”) loss. Sponsor is not responsible for any loss you suffer (as a result of Sponsor’s negligence or breach of these Official Rules or otherwise) if it was not obvious that you would suffer such loss and nothing you said to Sponsor before you entered into the Sweepstakes meant that Sponsor should have expected it to happen (so, in the law, the loss was “unforeseeable”); (ii) Avoidable loss. Sponsor is not responsible for any loss you suffer (as a result of Sponsor’s negligence or breach of these Official Rules or otherwise) if you could have avoided such loss by taking reasonable action; (iii) Loss caused by someone else. Sponsor is not responsible for any loss you suffer that is caused by a third party who is not acting on behalf of or under the direct instructions of Sponsor or by you taking up and using (or mis-using) any third-party product or service forming part of the prize (except where caused by Sponsor’s negligence); (iv) Loss caused by circumstances outside Sponsor’s control. Sponsor is not responsible for any loss you suffer that is caused by any event or circumstance that is beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control; (v) Death or personal injury. Sponsor is not responsible for your or any other person’s death, disability or personal injury arising during or in connection with participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance or enjoyment of the prize unless caused by Sponsor’s negligence; (vi) Business loss. Sponsor is not responsible for any business losses you suffer, such as loss of profits or revenue, loss of anticipated savings or loss of goodwill; and (vii) Unavailability of Sponsor’s services. Sponsor is not responsible for any loss you suffer as a result of the unavailability of Sponsor’s websites, apps or social media accounts. All limitations and exclusions of liability in this section shall apply equally to Sponsor’s group companies, affiliates, agencies and any entity associated with administering the Sweepstakes, and each of their and Sponsor’s directors, officers, employees, agents, designees, licensees, shareholders and representatives. Where these Official Rules provide for a discretion exercisable by the Sponsor that could otherwise be capable of causing a significant imbalance in the parties’ rights and obligation hereunder, to the detriment of a consumer and contrary to the requirement of good faith, that discretion shall be exercised reasonably and in good faith.

Disclosure of winner’s details

By entering the Sweepstakes, each entrant acknowledges that in the event of a win their surname and county of residence may be disclosed to persons enquiring, where permitted by law. Any entrant may object to their information being made available in this way or may request that the amount of information made available be reduced, by contacting Sponsor at rickk@playtika.com. In these circumstances, the entrant acknowledges that Sponsor may nevertheless disclose the relevant information, and the entrant’s entry, to the UK’s Advertising Standards Authority (and/or any other competent authority) if required to do so. This may happen where Sponsor is required to demonstrate that it has awarded the prizes advertised.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrant and the Sponsor in connection with the Promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the law of England and Wales.

Any disputes arising in connection with the Promotion and/or these Official Rules shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except that residents of Scotland may also bring proceedings in their local courts.
